About The Position

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Overnight Dishwasher. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. The Overnight Dishwasher plays a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently during overnight hours working along side our bakers. Requirements

Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred, but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

Wash pans, and kitchen utensils by hand.
Ensure all dishes and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dishwashing areas.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
Adhere to all sanitation and safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
Follow instructions from supervisors and perform other duties as assigned.
