About The Position

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a steady supply of clean kitchenware by washing dishes, utensils, and pots by hand or machine, while also, emptying trash, restocking supplies, etc. This entry-level role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area.

Requirements

High School or GED is desired.
Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting, standing and lifting for long periods.
Strong time management, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks.
Understanding and strict adherence to food safety standards.
Teamwork and basic communication skills.

Responsibilities

Operating dishwashers, hand-washing fragile items, sorting, rinsing, and sanitizing all kitchenware.
Sweeping, cleaning surfaces, appliances, and dishwashing areas, and emptying trash/recycling.
Properly storing clean dishes, utensils, and restocking supplies in cupboards, and refrigerators.
Cleaning up spills or broken dishes.
Adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, and reporting any equipment issues.
Assisting with the logistics department for conference room setups.
Assist with catering events if needed.
Performs other duties associated with the position that are reasonably assigned to support the overall needs of the business.
