About The Position

Requirements

• Six (6) months of similar experience highly preferred
• Flexible to work AM, PM, mid-shifts, holidays and weekends
• Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours
• Able to lift/carry and push and pull at least 30 pounds and perform repetitive motions

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the kitchen
• Wash and scrub pots and pans, rinse china, glassware and silverware, load in dishwasher and store on shelves
• Stock delivered food & beverage items in the refrigerator and pantry
• Assist with maintaining organization of pots, pans, china, glassware and silverware in the kitchen
• Transfer trash to dumpster and assist with maintaining cleanliness of loading dock
• Perform cross departmental duties: prep cook, food runner, breakfast buffet attendant
