Requirements
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen cleanup as needed
- Ensure all dishes are available and ready for service during operating hours
- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling
- Support the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the dining and kitchen areas
