About The Position
Allegro Living, formed through the 2025 merger of Allegro Management Company and Spring Arbor Management Company, is building a premier senior living platform. Allegro Winter Park is seeking a Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep team member to join its dining services team in a fast-paced assisted living community. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and contributing to a warm, welcoming experience for residents. The primary responsibilities include setting and bussing tables, washing dishes, assisting the Cook, and performing cleaning duties.
Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Must have an awareness of safety practices
- Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening
- The Community is a drug free workplace
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of six (6) months food service (or related field) preferred
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly wash all dishes, cookware, flatware, and utensils
- Properly maintain all dishwashing equipment
- Work as part of the Dining Services team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen
- Help contribute to high quality Dining Services operations by paying attention to food presentation and taste, and courteous responses to residents and associates during meal service
- Set tables
- Bus tables
- Assist the Cook as needed
- Complete cleaning duties
