Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Sort and organize clean dishes and kitchen tools, returning them to their designated storage areas promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and floors, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks and waste disposal to support overall kitchen operations.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to supervisors to ensure continuous workflow.
