The dish and general utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing and kitchen areas are maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. Specific Responsibilities: Cleaning of all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils and equipment Sweeping and mopping floors and washing walls Performing kitchen duties and trash removal in all kitchen areas Wiping down counters, tables and equipment This is a seasonal part-time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:00am to 11:00pm.
