About The Position

Hillside in McMinnville, OR, a HumanGood community nationally rated as 2025-2026 Best Senior Living community for Independent Living and Memory Care by U.S News & World Report, is looking for a talented and passionate Dishwasher to join our team! Under general supervision, the Dishwasher’s primary objective is to provide a clean and safe kitchen area for our team members. They will wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. This position will ensure the Dish room and equipment are clean and organized. Schedules Available: Part Time Saturday – Sunday from 10AM-5PM, Monday from 1PM-8PM. Pay range: $17+ per hour, depending on experience Job Duties: Assumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware, tableware and kitchenware. Loads, runs and unloads dish machine. Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems to the manager immediately. Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware. Keeps Dish room clean and organized. Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen. To be successful in the role, you would have: High School Level diploma, GED or equivalent knowledge or experience is preferred. Experience preferred in similar role ServSafe or Food Handlers Certificate required. What's in it for you? Requirements

High School Level diploma, GED or equivalent knowledge or experience is preferred.
Experience preferred in similar role
ServSafe or Food Handlers Certificate required.
