About The Position

Requirements

While having experience is a plus, it is not required.
All we ask is that you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and continue growing.
We can train everything else!
As a condition of employment at a Civitas Senior Living community, all new hires will be asked to complete a screening process as required by state regulations.
All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of this process.
Residency within the State that this Community/Location operates in is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Assist in ensuring proper storage of raw and leftover foods
Complete daily and scheduled cleaning duties
Ensure that all food storage and work areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner
Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies and procedures
Review menus prior to preparation of food and inspect all plates
Establish food service production lines to ensure meals are timely prepared
Other duties as assigned
