The Dish Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and food preparation areas within a fast-paced arena kitchen environment. This role also provides leadership and oversight to the dishwashing and stewarding team, ensuring efficiency, safety, and consistency during high-volume events. This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00-$24.00
