  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Discovery patterns within the SPM scope.
  • Develop, update, and optimize Discovery patterns to support ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management activities.
  • Handle incidents related to Discovery workflows, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate Service Mapping and Discovery processes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of discovery patterns, procedures, and solutions.
  • Stay updated with best practices and new features related to ServiceNow Discovery and SPM.
  • Implement pattern improvements to enhance data accuracy and discovery efficiency.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development, specifically within SPM contexts.
  • Strong OS expertise in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Proficiency in Regular Expressions (Regex) for pattern matching and data extraction.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Concepts, including GCP and Azure.
  • Active ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping and Service Portfolio Management.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Exposure to hybrid cloud environments and integrations.
  • Prior experience working within an IT service management (ITSM) or ITIL framework.
