Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, ensure and issue due process notices, sorting and distributing disciplinary reports, maintaining detention logs, coordinate with other departments to ensure proper information is distributed. Conduct inmate hearings, gather statements, maintain major disciplinary evidence room, serve infractions. Essential duties may include: Review information and data supporting regulatory and internal compliance audits to check for accuracy, establish facts and recommend actions. Answer questions and provide advice regarding policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform daily data entry into OMIS and other activities including creating, sorting, and filing documents. Submit information via email to movement office for daily inmate callouts. May run or obtain reports or documents to check for invalid, inaccurate, missing, or non-compliant information. Capture and document data and statistics, create and maintain a monthly report for AW of Operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • One year of experience performing a variety of office support or clerical work.
  • Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted.
