About The Position

We are seeking an individual to provide top-quality customer assistance and
point of sale service to all guests visiting the Disc Golf Pro Shop and Outdoor
Center.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers, computer registration systems, and credit card machines to collect payments, book tee times, clinics and lessons, and to record necessary customer tracking information.
• Responsible for following all cash handling procedures and accounts for daily cash-ups.
• Assists with inventory management, ordering, and general Pro Shop retail operations.
• Assists with advertising and marketing projects; including social media updates and physical advertisement distribution.
• Assists with educating new players to the sport, including but not limited to rules, disc types, how to throw, etc.
• Is familiar with the layout of the resort and can use resort resources to provide information to guests.
• Follows all state and federal regulations, including Vermont laws and regulations pertaining to the sale of alcoholic beverages. All Pro Shop Staff must attend a liquor training course once every two years, as required by law.
