About The Position

The Disbursement Request Specialist will support the financial process of surrogacy by reviewing reimbursement requests to check for duplicate payments, ensuring each reimbursement complies with contract terms, and communicating with internal teams and partners.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience reviewing contracts or providing legal or payroll support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex documents.
• Ability to process high-value payments quickly and accurately.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Fluency in business English (spoken and written) is required.

• A background check is required for contract consideration.
• Must have your own computer and a reliable internet connection to perform the role remotely.

Responsibilities

• Review client contracts and process timely payments to surrogates, donors, insurance companies, and others.
• Ensure all reimbursements align with contract terms and identify potential duplicates.
• Request missing documentation and communicate clearly with all parties.
• Calculate reimbursements, including lost wages based on pay stubs.
• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
• Cross-train with other teams to provide broader support when needed.
