This role requires working with the application development and operational teams and other stakeholders to create and maintain a strategy for disaster recovery, create operational and test plans, manage / coordinate the DR operational activities, and work closely with the Business Continuity teams to mitigate any effects on the ability to conduct business in the event of a disaster. Manage and maintain detailed informational documentation supporting the overall DR plans, processes, and procedures Review all existing plans to ensure they are complete, current, and all process steps are validated with the correct technical resources Manage service providor relationships on delivering DR plans, performing required testing, and monitoring SLAs Working with manage service providor and vendors to ensure the meeting of defined RPOs and RTOs Tracking and escalating any noted SLA, RPO, or RTO issues Coordinate with application and operational teams on the creation and maintenance of DR plans Work closely with the corporate BC team to coordinate DR plans with overall BC requirements Coordinate DR planning and training activities to all sites to included table top exercises and failover activities Work with corporate BC to lead the recovery efforts during a BC or DR event Manage operational service provider resources to effectively keep the DR environment & program running optimally. We are seeking an experienced and versatile Infrastructure Disaster Recovery Services Analyst Engineer who will be responsible for the overall architecture design, implementation, and maintenance of an evolving global large-scale, highly available, 24x7, enterprise IT Infrastructure Disaster Recovery Services Environment and Program.
