Role Summary The Program Coordinator provides operational coordination, administrative support, project management and systems oversight for the Phase 2 of our community Disaster Recovery resilience project which will work in a focused way with Disaster Case Management teams and other groups supporting Hurricanes Helene and Milton disaster survivors around the state of Florida. This role ensures that Community Case Managers and Community Support Coaches/Therapists are supported, organized, and able to focus on fieldwork. The Coordinator also synthesizes statewide insights and progress into weekly program-level reporting. Why this Role Is Different? This is not admin support. This is operational disaster program leadership at a small scale.
