Under the general supervision of the Community Assistance Center Program Services Director (PSD), the Disaster Recovery Case Manager (DRCM) provides long-term case management for identified individuals and families in accordance with The Salvation Army (TSA) disaster recovery services. These services include an initial rapid response to clients, followed by regular follow-up contacts. This may involve local travel to address clients' material needs, collaboratively establish recovery goals and plans, inform clients about new resources, and help resolve any system barriers. The DRCM will provide referrals to other disaster and non-disaster services, implement the Pathway of Hope approach when appropriate, and provide ongoing, long-term strengths-based case management for interested and qualifying households.
