AEL was established to serve the most vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout the State of Arkansas through Early Head Start and Head Start. We provide transformational learning programs to vulnerable children within a childcare setting. NOW HIRING A Disability Services MANAGER: Under the direct supervision of the Regional Program Director, the Disabilities Services Manager assists in developing, implementing, and supervising a quality program in the Agency service area, and in assuring compliance with standards and regulations as they relate to disabilities. Provide content area expertise and oversight on an ongoing scheduled basis by performing the following duties personally and through subordinate(s).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Satisfactory levels of aptitudes and skills related to the job duties and an ability to apply specialized knowledge acquired on the job.
  • 1-3 years prior job related experience preferred.
  • Must have access to a working cell phone.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with immediate access to a legally insured vehicle.
  • Must be able to drive an automobile, full size pickup and a van.
  • Must have at least auto liability insurance and must keep it current.
