About The Position

We are looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill our Executive Director role at Chick-fil-A Village Commons. We are seeking individuals with integrity, a servant's heart, a dedication to excellence, a growth mindset, professionalism, and flexibility. This individual will not only serve as the subject matter expert for all areas of the restaurant but also act as a role model and leader for the team. The Executive Director will need to know and understand all aspects of the restaurant; is responsible for overseeing operations; maintaining the continued leadership path for all team members; overseeing a group of leaders and team members; and completing all required administrative paperwork. The work schedule for this position will rotate to include a combination of morning, mid-shift, and evening shifts as well as either opening or closing. As a director, you will act as the point person for escalated guest and staffing issues. Directors ensure that all leaders are holding team members accountable to operational excellence, food safety standards, and teamwork culture at all times. Requirements

  • Hard-working, team-oriented, outgoing, friendly, and honest.
  • Has great customer service skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing a team (restaurant setting preferred).
  • Having at least 2+ years of experience in Front of House operations at a Chick-fil-A is necessary.
  • Must be able to handle fast-paced environments and have a high stress tolerance.
  • Detail-oriented/organized with strong time-management skills
  • Strong Verbal/Written Communication.
  • Passion for developing people, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of assignments, to create plans and goals, and then to execute those plans to reach set goals.
  • Professional in appearance and action.
  • Technologically literate (There are many programs, software, and tools you will be required to utilize)
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Be available to work any time, including Saturdays- time off can be given for special requests.
  • Be highly dependable
  • Ready to serve with a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in-store operations when needed.
  • Effectively managing and leading a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience.
