Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Operational Excellence:
Lead and supervise restaurant Team Members and Team Leaders, ensuring they adhere to company standards and policies.
Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the restaurant budget, including revenue and cost control.
Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
Customer Experience:
Uphold Chick-fil-A's commitment to exceptional customer service.
Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
Team Development:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant managers and staff.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Quality Assurance:
