As a Director in EY-Parthenon's Strategy & Execution - Deal Technology practice focusing on Enterprise Reimagined, you will lead high-impact engagements that drive both cost optimization and top-line growth across complex transactions and corporate transformations. You will work with C-suite executives, private equity clients, and corporate leadership to identify, plan, and execute technology-driven strategies that optimize IT and operational costs while also accelerating revenue and digital innovation during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs as well as in non-transaction/transformation settings. This role blends deep IT expertise with strategic insight to deliver measurable value through cost transformation, digital enablement, operational efficiency, and tech-enabled growth initiatives. Key responsibilities As a Director with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice, you will lead value-creation technology projects that span cost optimization and growth enablement. You'll guide clients through IT-focused strategies that enhance operational efficiency and unlock new revenue opportunities. Your role will involve advising senior stakeholders, collaborating across functions, and applying emerging technologies (AI, cloud, data analytics) to deliver measurable business impact. A strong commercial mindset and the ability to balance efficiency with innovation are essential to success in this role.
