This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide a team, make key operational decisions, and drive both guest satisfaction and business results.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience .
Excellent communicator who can connect with and motivate diverse teams.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Open availability, including weekends.
Must pass a background check.

Oversee daily operations to meet speed, quality, and service goals.

Maintain the highest standards for food safety, cleanliness, and product quality
Ensure all products meet Chick-fil-A's high quality standard in taste, temperature, and presentation requirements.
