Position Summary: The Director provides strategic leadership, client management, and operational oversight for consulting engagements that support public-sector agencies. This role drives project delivery excellence, business development, and team growth while ensuring that services align with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and client outcomes. The Director acts as a senior advisor to clients, guiding initiatives that strengthen service delivery systems across the public service domains.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, public-sector management, or leadership roles within state or local government agencies.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-year projects.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Health Services, Behavioral Health, or a related human services discipline or a Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
