This position is responsible for planning, coordination, contract/system management, daily operations and overall leadership of Youth Opportunities Programs, including the Coalition on Behavioral Health, Drug Prevention Suicide Prevention Initiatives and school program grants. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, impactful programs that foster positive youth development, education, and community engagement. The Director will collaborate with community partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to expand opportunities for youth, ensuring that all programs are aligned with United Way Broward's mission and values, and meet community needs.
