About The Position

MMNA restructured its field operations in mid-2025, establishing a more focused West Region designed to accelerate growth with both existing and future dealer partners. Today, the West Region includes approximately 35 dealers across three districts spanning California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, along with Wyoming and Montana, where there are currently no active partners. California remains the Region’s largest and most strategically important market. Since the reorganization, the West Region has been directly supported by the SVP of Sales Operations and the Director of Aftersales Performance. Now, MMNA is ready to appoint a dedicated Region Director to lead the next phase of the Region’s evolution. This role represents a unique opportunity for a leader who thrives in a growth-oriented environment and wants to directly influence outcomes in real time. This position reports to the SVP, Sales Operations. As the Director, West Region, you will be a key member of MMNA’s management team, serving as the driving force behind Sales Operations, Aftersales, and Dealer Development throughout the Region. You will act as a mentor, subject-matter expert, and brand ambassador, representing Mitsubishi Motors to current dealer partners and prospective candidates. In alignment with MMNA’s Momentum 2030 strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional plan centered on an expanded product lineup, a modernized retail model, and strategic network growth. Strengthening dealer relationships, increasing vehicle and parts sales, and advancing the Region’s overall operational performance will all be critical to supporting the company’s journey toward 2030 and beyond. You will lead and oversee the Region’s goals, KPIs, and operational strategies across Sales Operations and Aftersales. Cross-functional collaboration is a key component of this role, working closely with teams such as Marketing, Aftersales Marketing, Digital Product Strategy, Product Planning, Finance, Legal, and Human Resources to optimize results. You will also manage and coach a small, highly experienced team, ensuring the West Region achieves strong growth, expanded market presence, enhanced profitability, and superior customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this role offers the chance to join a company with a distinct culture and strong values, one where you can make an immediate and meaningful impact, while also benefiting from significant personal and professional growth opportunities.
