This leader serves as a strategic partner to the General Merchandise Manager (GMM) and Divisional Merchandise Managers (DMMs) of a designated family of business and acts as the CEO for translating fashion, style, and trend strategies into impactful in-store experiences. The Director provides clear direction to store teams on interpreting and implementing visual initiatives, balancing business opportunities, architectural considerations, traffic flow, and the intersection of art and science.
