This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies. Benefits designs, implements and administers benefits plans, ensuring that the total benefits package is competitive with the market, meets company objectives, and is compliant. This job family manages relationships and coordinates with third party vendors for benefits plan development and administration, and collaborates with the Internal Communications family to educate employees and promote enrollment. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of U.S. Benefits to lead and oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee benefit programs. This role will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s U.S. benefit offerings are competitive, compliant with regulations, and aligned with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, Managed Service Organizations plans, and other employee services while providing strong leadership in a fast-paced environment. This person will also have responsibility for overseeing and managing all aspects of the our multi-specialty MSO employee benefits plans, including designing, implementing, and administering health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and communicating benefit details to employees while maintaining cost-effectiveness for participating employers.
