The Director, Transformation, will lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) program within the Transformation Management Office, acting as an initiative-taking and collaborative partner to the Senior Director and VP of Transformation. This role holds end-to-end accountability for the IBP process, covering strategy formulation, program rollout, adoption, and ongoing enhancement. The Director will also identify and communicate overlaps, interdependencies, and risks across key enterprise-wide transformation initiatives such as GTM, AI/GenAI, and Global Reporting. Over time, the role will evolve for the Director to take on additional or other large scale transformation programs end-to-end, as the IBP program gets fully integrated into the business. With executive-level oversight, the Director will manage the IBP program across five critical workstreams, ensuring seamless integration by mapping connections and cause-effect relationships. Close collaboration with the Senior Director and VP of Transformation, as well the VP of Planning Transformation located in EMEA is essential to align intersecting projects and drive program success. The Director will also lead strategic engagements with senior planning, finance, technology, marketing, and merchant leaders across multiple brands and regions. In addition, the Director will be managing a broad portfolio of transformation workstreams and capabilities, overseeing special projects aligned with evolving business priorities, such as Global Reporting and ensuring consistent, transparent communication with VF and brand leadership. The role is charged with delivering scalable solutions that enhance, among others, planning capabilities (incl. forecast accuracy), synchronize operating rhythms across brands and regions, and surface synergies with enterprise transformation programs to accelerate value realization.
