We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual for the position of Director, Training and Staff Development. The Director, Training and Staff Development position offers training, education, and consultation within the Crossroads Health organization and communities served. This position is responsible for collaborative decision-making about trainings needed, development of trainings, training plans, and implementation thereof. This position is also responsible for collaboration, participation in meetings, and culture shifts toward agency initiatives. Additionally, this position will be heavily involved in an intern development and training program and provide direct supervision of licensure-appropriate interns. This Director, Training and Staff Development operates both independently and as a member of a collaborative team. With a Trauma Informed approach, this position will be a representative for the organization and how we offer integrated services for recovery and mental health. More specifically, this position is responsible for: Develop, coordinate, and advance training of new hires and existing staff across clinical and nonclinical areas of the organization as a presenter, coordinator, and agent of change. Advance understanding of what contributes to successful service delivery and engagement. Engage with internal and external peers in-person and virtually. Deliver positive results as evidenced by staff retention and client engagement. Provide consultation, observation, collaboration, and education to encourage the use of interventions and approaches learned within service delivery environments. Provide client-facing clinical services including assessment and support to various areas of programming. Facilitate trainings and opportunities for practical application follow-up with staff and community partners. Deliver positive results as evidenced by outcome measures post-training and client engagement. Provide Trauma Informed services. Specific and administrative supervision of staff. Facilitate program and staff development as assigned. Review and sign off on staff documentation as needed. Provide consultation and collaboration with community partners regarding behavioral health-related training needs. Participate in planning and expansion meetings and relationships as well as coordination of services. Promote Crossroads Health services and engage in outreach activities.
