Your Role at Delta Faucet As part of the Trade Channel Team, the Director, Trade Strategy & Growth is responsible for strategic business development initiatives aligned with the Trade Channel strategy. This role is responsible for shaping the channel’s business development strategy, identifying high-value opportunities, and driving integration to maximize long-term value creation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development or strategy, with a proven track record of leading successful transactions from origination through execution and integration.
  • Strong financial acumen, complemented by excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Collaborative leader with the ability to influence across functions and geographies.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage business cases for inorganic and organic growth opportunities in the trade channel
  • Oversee the initial execution of business development initiatives and the integration into the Trade Channel teams
  • Own the entire inorganic and organic business development growth process from end to end for the Trade channel
  • Serve as the extension of Trade Leadership Team with external stakeholders and on cross functional strategy teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and integration of new business initiatives
  • Cultivate a strong professional network within the industry; actively seek out new business partnership opportunities
