The Director, Total Rewards provides strategic leadership for the design, implementation, and administration of the organization’s total rewards programs. This role oversees all aspects of compensation and benefits, including executive compensation, sales incentive design, bonus programs, base salary structures, and benefits administration. This leader ensures that total rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives, enabling the organization to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The role requires a data-driven, forward-thinking approach and a strong understanding of market trends, regulatory requirements, and organizational strategy. While the role can be performed from various locations in the Northeast, preference will be given to candidates based in Baltimore, Pennsylvania/Southern New Jersey and Western New York.
