As Director, Total Rewards, you’ll have the opportunity to build and evolve compensation and recognition programs, elevate our HR technology, and deliver insights that enable and drive business performance within a fast-moving commercial real estate environment. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and serving on the People & Culture Leadership Team, you’ll play a key role in aligning rewards strategy with company growth, ensuring our programs are effective, competitive, equitable, scalable and aligned to business goals.
