The Director, Total Rewards North America will lead our compensation and benefits programs for our North American operations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that we attract, retain and motivate top talent through competitive and equitable compensation and benefits practices that are aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the North American market (US and Canada), strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in compensation and benefits management. Responsibility will include oversight of salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
