About The Position

Is responsible for overseeing Human Resources Technology and its Total Rewards & Recognition, as well as ensure compliance with regulations to support a positive workplace and culture. HR Technology: This position is responsible for shaping how HR data, technology, and analytics drive decision making, operational efficiency, and stronger business outcomes. This role requires a forward thinking, innovative mindset and a proven ability to use technology and analytics to execute upon HR strategies in the healthcare system with measurable outcomes. Total Rewards & Recognition: This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive total rewards program that aligns with the healthcare system’s mission, vision, values and objectives. This role requires both strategic vision and operational expertise to build competitive, equitable, and sustainable compensation and benefits programs. In addition to performing essential functions listed below, may also be assigned other duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • Five (5) plus years’ progressive leadership experience across HR Technology, Total Rewards & Recognition.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications preferred.
  • Ten (10) plus years’ experience preferred.

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
  • Experience in strategic HR planning and implementing HR initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in organizational development, change management, and driving cultural initiatives.
