About The Position

As the Director of Technical Recruiting, you’ll help to drive all hiring across all Engineering, Product, Design, and Security roles globally at Vanta. You’ll directly manage a team of technical sourcers, recruiters, and two managers and report to the Head of Talent Acquisition. This team plays a critical role in ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top technical talent to enable Vanta to continue to successfully grow.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business recruiting experience with most recent 5+ years being in people management.
  • Strong IC and/or leadership hiring in engineering.
  • Prior experience working in both a start-up and larger scaled environment.
  • Expertise and exposure in a wide variety of technical departments areas globally.
  • Strong data and metrics driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and directly manage our EPD Recruiting team which is composed of technical sourcers, recruiters, and two managers.
  • Partner with Vanta’s technical leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite to prioritize hiring needs, monitor and report on progress, and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships globally.
  • Build, develop, and innovate unique strategies to ensure all technical recruiting functions are able to hit quarterly hiring goals.
  • Diagnose and solve problems or bottlenecks in the hiring funnels with your team.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics to stakeholders and Vanta’s leadership team.
  • Manage a small req load (likely focused on key EPD leadership hires).
