About The Position

This role requires strong program ownership, strategic foresight, and the ability to bring together diverse functions into a unified execution plan. You will work closely with other functional TPMs - and at times perform as one - to maintain program rhythm, anticipate risks, and ensure smooth cross-domain execution. Join us today!

Requirements

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Science, or related field; MS preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10-12+ years of technical program management experience in SoC/ASIC/processor development, covering concept through bring-up and productization.
  • Solid understanding of datacenter, networking, or consumer SoC architecture and design, including key interfaces and platform-level dependencies.
  • Proven success in leading global, multi-functional teams and handling execution across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to lead complexity, ambiguity, and fast-paced development cycles.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with shown ability to align participants and drive decisions without direct authority.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality products on time through focused planning and proactive risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive SoC programs from concept to production, coordinating all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and lead project schedules, tracking achievements, work you're doing, and interdependencies to meet program goals.
  • Collaborate closely with functional TPMs and engineering leads to ensure multi-functional alignment and efficient execution.
  • Serve as the primary interface between architecture, design, verification, software, validation, and operations teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
  • Participate in key design and readiness reviews, lead scope changes effectively, and maintain focus on critical work.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks early with data-driven recommendations and structured escalation.
  • Drive approval and leadership reviews, providing transparent updates on status, issues, and trade-offs.
  • Handle material readiness, samples allocation, and logistics to support bring-up and validation milestones.
  • Collect lessons learned and apply best practices to improve execution efficiency across future programs.
  • Lead and influence quality and process improvement initiatives that strengthen Arm's execution subject area and delivery capability.
