About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Director, Technical Program Management to lead the development of our Global Tech Strategy. As a key member of our technology strategy team, you will play a critical role in shaping the technology vision and communicating it effectively to stakeholders. The purpose of this role is to drive clarity and strategic alignment to overall global technology strategy through enterprise and board engagements, priority and goal management, and driving strategic initiatives. About Team: In the Technology Strategy team, we address issues that need cross-departmental input and involvement with senior executives throughout the company.

Requirements

10 + years of experience in product management or strategy development, preferably in the software industry
Ability to create and execute board level material and strategic vision
Ability to lead initiatives and establish production goals across various teams
Familiarity with industry leading technologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Option 2: 9 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Nice To Haves

Consulting or executive advising experience is a plus
Certification in Project Management.
Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 5 years' experience in product design.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with the CTO as well as the Global Technology leadership team to develop a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives
Providing strategic guidance and resources to support the CTO's vision across both technology and business functions
Ensuring the CTO has the necessary materials, resources, and support to drive their overall vision
Maturing the overall global tech strategy team's products and processes utilized to effectively enable the team to operate
