Requirements

  • 10 + years of experience in program management, strategy development, or similar role; preferably in the software industry
  • Extensive experience in portfolio management, including planning, workforce management, and risk mitigation for large-scale organizations.
  • Strong expertise in technical design, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure to guide end-to-end technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and secure alignment on program scopes and delivery timelines.
  • Demonstrated skills in financial acumen, budget management, and resource allocation to optimize program outcomes.
  • Proficiency in communication management to influence and align various teams and senior leadership.
  • Ability to drive process improvements, automation, and scalable workflows across complex programs.
  • Experience mentoring teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 9 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs, managing cross-functional dependencies and resource allocation to meet delivery goals.
  • Define and drive end-to-end system solution designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve ambiguities, and implement scalable workflows to optimize program outcomes.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in program management, technical design, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in, align priorities, and facilitate effective decision-making across multiple initiatives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor program performance and continuously improve processes and delivery efficiency.
