Requirements

Deep technical expertise in Ethernet protocol and high-speed SerDes technologies (e.g., 112G PAM4, 224G, 448G).
Self-initiator and Go-getter attitude to drive Synopsys solutions for customer adoption and path-finding efforts
15+ years of experience in Ethernet product development, product management, or technical program management.
Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies based on market trends and customer requirements.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in mserarket analysis, business planning, and competitive assessment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and influence at all organizational levels.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

Drive the full lifecycle of Ethernet, UALink, SUE, ESUN products-from ideation and design through development, launch, and market adoption.
Develop and execute long-term product and technology roadmaps that align with customer needs and corporate strategy.
Represent Synopsys in industry standards bodies and technical forums, influencing direction and ensuring alignment with market trends.
Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept initiatives to showcase innovation and value to customers and stakeholders.
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through robust market analysis, customer insights, and technology trends.
Define go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with Product Management and Sales teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as a trusted technical advisor during engagements and solution development.
Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful product execution and customer satisfaction.
Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects that deliver measurable business impact.
Monitor performance against business plans, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
