About The Position

As the Head of US Technical Account Management, you will play a critical role in optimizing the performance of the Emodo Exchange and enhancing client success across demand and supply-side integrations. This role bridges technical expertise with hands-on account optimization, combining data-driven decision-making with proactive partner engagement. You’ll work closely with DSPs, supply partners, product and engineering teams, and the broader sales and operations org to drive marketplace quality, revenue growth, and partner satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in ad tech, programmatic account management, or technical operations -ideally in an exchange, SSP, or DSP environment.
  • Familiarity with PMP setup, OpenRTB, ads.txt, app-ads.txt, schain, and IVT standards.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets and data analysis skills; familiarity with SQL or reporting platforms is a plus.
  • A working understanding of auction mechanics, discrepancies, and media campaign delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Emodo’s top exchange partners and develop ongoing relationships with clients across both supply and demand.
  • Lead integration processes with both supply and demand partners ensuring new clients are set up and scaled in a streamlined fashion.
  • Analyze partner performance to uncover actionable insights and drive implementation of optimizations that improve success.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop tools, dashboards, and reporting that power internal and partner-level insights.
  • Oversee setup and optimization of Private Marketplace (PMP) deals through Emodo’s curation platform.
  • Coordinate with DSPs, Sales, and external buyers to ensure fast, accurate deal execution and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor performance of PMP inventory and advise on improvements in format, targeting, or packaging.
  • Take ownership of marketplace performance decisions - executing optimizations based on data and partner needs to ensure Emodo meets and exceeds expectations across latency, fill, and monetization KPIs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks: o Monitor Human IVT scanning and own supply-side flagging/blocking o Monitor ad quality scanners and own demand-side flagging/blocking o Tracking and troubleshooting blocked bids to unlock revenue through corrective measures
  • Lead initiatives around ads.txt and app-ads.txt implementation across publisher integrations.
  • Monitor and optimize supply chain object (schain) compliance and effectiveness.
  • Actively manage traffic integrity and health—including detection of abnormal patterns and ensuring accurate traffic classification.
  • Monitor billing discrepancies across both demand and supply sources.
  • Work cross-functionally to diagnose root causes and maintain discrepancy rates under 5% per partner.
  • Support the launch of new geos, formats, and supply routes. Analyzing outcomes and providing go/no-go recommendations.
  • Own Emodo’s SPO (Supply Path Optimization) initiatives by aligning partner connections with performance benchmarks.
