REMOTE (Work may be performed anywhere) Rechat is seeking a high-energy Director, Team Partnerships to drive meaningful revenue growth by partnering with highly productive real estate Teams in the 10–50 agent segment. This is a senior, quota-carrying role focused on converting strong inbound demand, strategically sourcing outbound opportunities, and building trusted relationships within the Team ecosystem. Unlike our Strategic Partnerships role, this position is optimized for higher deal velocity and volume, with success driven by efficient qualification, consultative selling, and fast-moving deal cycles. You will work with Team leaders who are actively seeking better ways to scale production, marketing, and agent performance. This role blends inbound lead conversion, targeted outbound prospecting, ecosystem partnerships, and community engagement to consistently close new Team customers and expand Rechat’s footprint in this segment.
