Why This Role This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a talent management leader who wants to shape how people grow, perform, and thrive in a scaling software company. As the Director of Talent Management, you will play a central role in building the people systems that support a high-performing, engaged, and continuously developing workforce. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer, the People Leadership Team, and company executives to influence strategy and execution at the enterprise level. The role offers visibility, ownership, and the chance to leave a lasting mark on how work gets done across the organization. Overview The Director of Talent Management leads the design and execution of the company’s talent management strategy, spanning performance management, learning and development, and the employee experience. As a member of the People Leadership Team, you will help guide how the company scales its culture, leadership, and capabilities in a fast-growing, product-led environment. In this role, you will lead a small global team and serve as the senior People partner for the IT organization, working closely with the CIO and IT leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with deep expertise in talent management.
  • Experience in a technology or software environment.
  • A track record of building and scaling talent programs in growing organizations.
  • Experience leading and developing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Shape Enterprise Talent Strategy Define and execute an integrated talent management strategy that supports business growth and enables employees to do their best work. Build scalable, practical approaches to performance, development, and engagement that evolve with the business.
  • Lead and Grow a Global Team Lead, develop, and inspire a small global team responsible for delivering talent management programs. Create clarity around priorities, outcomes, and how success is measured.
  • Drive High Performance Own the performance management philosophy and process. Design agile, modern performance practices that encourage continuous feedback, accountability, and strong outcomes—well suited for a software business. Partner with leaders to strengthen manager capability and leadership effectiveness.
  • Build Learning That Matters Own the learning and development strategy, from leadership and manager development to functional skill building. Use technology, data, and AI to improve how learning is delivered, accessed, and experienced. Continuously evolve learning programs to meet the changing needs of the business and its people.
  • Improve the Employee Experience Lead the design and delivery of employee engagement surveys and insights. Facilitate manager action planning and support leaders in turning feedback into meaningful improvements. Use engagement and experience data to create healthier, more effective work environments where employees can thrive.
  • Partner with Technology Leadership Serve as the senior People partner for the IT organization. Work closely with the CIO and IT leadership on talent, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
