As the Director of Talent Management, you will play a central role in building the people systems that support a high-performing, engaged, and continuously developing workforce. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer, the People Leadership Team, and company executives to influence strategy and execution at the enterprise level. The role offers visibility, ownership, and the chance to leave a lasting mark on how work gets done across the organization. Overview The Director of Talent Management leads the design and execution of the company’s talent management strategy, spanning performance management, learning and development, and the employee experience. As a member of the People Leadership Team, you will help guide how the company scales its culture, leadership, and capabilities in a fast-growing, product-led environment. In this role, you will lead a small global team and serve as the senior People partner for the IT organization, working closely with the CIO and IT leadership.
