This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Director Talent & Leadership Development, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Talent and Leadership Development team, you will report to the VP, Global Learning and Leadership Development. You will support Americas talent and leadership development projects, which will require close partnering with the Global L&D team, Americas HR Operations, and Americas Hotel Operations leaders. You will be in an important strategic role responsible for implementing our leadership development strategy for the Americas and build strong talent pipelines across brands and countries. You will connect workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development to deliver talent for critical leadership roles across the Americas. The Americas include North America, Caribbean, and the Latin America region. We are looking for strategic prioritization and alignment of programs, tools, and resources which must be regionally applicable in their design, delivery, and measurement.
