POSITION SUMMARY: Develops, implements and manages the Organization’s culture, training and leadership development efforts. Ensures alignment of training and development plans with the organization’s mission, vision, values and operational needs. Ensures the organization maintains a pipeline of internal talent intended to meet current and future workforce needs, aligned with organizational priorities and needs. EDUCATION: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development/Behavior, or related field. • Master’s degree or professional certification in a related discipline preferred. EXPERIENCE: • At least 5 years of experience working in talent or organizational development functions, developing or delivering training content for large organizations.
