Purpose – The Director of Talent Development leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of company-wide talent development strategies that support a skilled, safe, and high-performing workforce across all operations. This role is responsible for building programs that attract, develop, and retain team members in both field and our internal units, ensuring alignment with our long-term business objectives. This Director partners closely with senior executives, business leadership, and HR business partners to effectively enhance workforce capabilities, succession planning, and employee engagement across all levels of the organization.
