As the Director of Talent Acquisition – Americas, you will lead both the strategy and execution of talent acquisition across Yum! Brands’ U.S. and Americas-based corporate teams, supporting the world’s most iconic brands - KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and Habit Burger & Grill. This role is responsible for building, growing, and inspiring a high-performing talent acquisition team that attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent at scale while delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience. You’ll help shape how we bring great people to the table - fueling the teams behind our global brands and ensuring our talent strategy is as bold, agile, and distinctive as the businesses we support. You will shape and drive a modern, brand-agnostic recruitment operating model while serving as a hands-on people leader who invests deeply in team development and capability building. This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll deliver measurable results while developing a team and culture you’re proud to lead. This position can be based in Irvine, CA, Louisville, KY, or Plano, TX.
