Director, Sustainability, Risk, and Safety

Accountabilities: Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for safety, risk, and sustainability aligned with Mark Anthony goals. Lead cross-functional integration of safety and sustainability into operations, capital projects, and procurement. Champion a Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) culture across all levels of the organization. Oversee risk identification, mitigation, and incident investigation processes. Drive environmental stewardship and ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and targets. Represent Mark Anthony externally in industry forums and community events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Risk Management, or related field (Masters preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in safety, risk, & sustainability in plant operations

Responsibilities
