About The Position
The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for strategic oversight and operational performance. The Director provides leadership, guidance, and direction in achieving outcomes consistent with the mission, vision, and goals of Columbus Regional Healthcare System. The Director of Surgical Services assumes leadership responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinically effective and efficient systems of care and service within the continuum of care for the Surgical Services area.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing, valid NC or compact state RN license.
- MHA, MBA or master’s in nursing leadership or equivalent.
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience at manager level and higher
