At the heart of the OMNIA Partners Supplier Sales Enablement team is a group of passionate, innovate and results-driven team members dedicated to empowering our supplier partners to accelerate their speed to sales and strengthen our partnership. The Director, Supplier Sales Enablement is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, Supplier Sales Enablement. This role will drive dynamic enablement programs and initiatives that enable our supplier partners in the IT and Business & Education industries to successfully leverage OMNIA Partners contracts, strengthen our partnerships and ultimately grow our shared business. This is a hands-on, strategic, and collaborative position that will work closely with the sales and account management teams, as well as cross-functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify, prioritize and execute enablement programs for our partners. To be successful in this position, you must be a highly motivated self-starter with strong program and project management skills. You should be able deliver measurable results through dynamic presentation skills, keen understanding of IT and/or corporate services language and pain points, mastery of relationship building and excellent communication. You should have consultative skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to work with all levels of an organization.
