The Director of Student Resources & Programming provides strategic leadership, vision, and operational oversight for student support services and student engagement programming. This role leads a comprehensive portfolio that integrates basic needs support, counseling, disability support services, student leadership development, student organizations, and co-curricular programming to advance student retention, belonging, and success. The director champions a holistic, student-centered approach and collaborates closely with faculty, staff, and community partners to strengthen access, promote equitable outcomes, and create a vibrant campus experience that contributes to persistence and completion. Salary: $60,000 - $65,000, depending on experience Rolling interviews will occur until the position is filled. Sick Time: 3.7 hours each pay (paid every two weeks). Vacation Time: 5.34 each pay for first 2 years, then increases to 6.15 after 2 years. 9 Paid holidays: New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. Winter recess: The College also observes an official closing of 4 standard work week days between the observed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day holidays. This is known as Winter Recess.
